Hi everyone,
I tried to contact the support team by email, but the mail server doesn’t respond.
I used my license for truden.com on a test side (krasivirodopi.com), and after I was satisfied with it, I bought another license. However, I cannot unassigned the license from krasivirodopi.com until 2025-04-27 17:28:52 UTC + 02:00.
That’s quite inconvenient, because I’d like to launch my website for the public.
Is there any way to unassigned the license from krasivirodopi.com so I can use the new one?
