need to update the theme

need to update the theme suddenly the website is not working at all, got this message from WordPress hosting provider, During a recent security scan, an issue was found on your site.

Details of the threat: WordPress.com has found an outdated version of the theme “Newspaper” installed on your site. Older versions of this theme contain a known vulnerability that puts your site and your site’s visitors at risk. Please update “Newspaper” to the latest version. After a period of 7 days, outdated versions of the theme will be automatically removed, so it is important that you update the theme before then to avoid any disruption to your site.

This to say, if you do have an updated version of your theme, please let us know and we’ll help you install it,

please read the message I got from hosting provider, and please help me out with this
