Neglect of the Customer
I opened several tickets about the slowness of my website after activating the newspaper 12 theme, and a month has passed and I can’t figure out why my website is hitting 100%, 120% of resources.
I was switched to another VPS, with: 6 vCPU / 16GB RAM / 150GB SSD NVMe / Daily external backup /
No control panel /
Monitoring + support
Server management
Email hosting with 40GB
And it still hits 100%, 120% of processors!

The THEME has some problem and they are not giving me the correct support.
Hello!
I’m using Cloudflare, which has boot rules activated!
I’ve done over 1000 things, using GPT chat and Gemini Pro, to improve and try to figure it out, but everything points to the THEME. I’ve already opened a ticket on the theme and all the “Generic Responses……….” are Contol C / Control V.
I’ve already forwarded the user and pass to an analyst named “Simion”.
I changed my VPS to a better one and the problem is still with the theme!
I’m very dissatisfied with this theme that was supposed to help me and is causing panic in me and the owner of the portal:
No theme can optimize your site for image size, TTL, caching, minification, local font hosting, etc.
Use tools like GTMetrix to evaluate your site for possible optimizations, read the WordPress codex (docs) on tips for optimizations, use proper htaccess settings to hide critical WP elements, consider disabling XMLRPC, etc.
For any site, limiting queries, mega menus, widgets, number of images per page, number of modules per page, etc. highly impact performance.
@simchris
No one is talking about website optimization!
I’m saying that this theme is really bad, and that it STEALS RESOURCES from the server!
I changed from VPS to a better one, and it has “high rates” of resource usage.
All optimization plugins are disabled, to try to find out what the problem is with the theme, and the team isn’t even helping me with that.
Hi,
Can you please us a tool to identify what’s consuming your server resources? Tools like Query Monitor and Code Profiler can help you pinpoint high CPU or resource usage caused by plugins, themes, or database queries.
Thanks
@Calin
Good morning!
I have already opened a support ticket! I have provided information, with screenshots, with all the procedures I have already done, and I have even created a username and password for your support.
I am waiting…
Hello! Good afternoon! Thank you very much, I’m already doing it…
