I Can’t get access to my admin page. When I write the adress, google says “The web site you are trying to enter has security problems – it gives the code: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.
I wrote the problem to my hosting firm. They said there is no problem with the hosting, ask to your developer. They wrote in their mail:in the admin area there is a misdirection to https protocol, this is why you can’t access. We recomend your developer to look if there is a rule from htaccess”

Unfortunately, we have not encountered this type of error and also, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, until now, sorry! I suggest you installing the theme again via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard and if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

And they solved it this time !
So here is the answer (direct translation of the e-mail)
“We normally can’t help in the process area. But we found the problem in your config file. There is force_ssl in your config file so we canceled it.
Now the problem is: how can this be happened? Who put the force_ssl and can it happen again. I am using the best rated and tested plugins.

What do you mean through best rated and tested plugins? Please notice that we have a list with our tested plugins which were tested with the theme and which works as expected. If you use other plugins which are untested with our theme but which are best rated, this does not mean that will work as properly with the theme, sorry! It might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Notice that until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard with our theme, sorry! The theme works as expected with required plugins, without any problems. Try to revert the theme to the default state and check the results.
