New ad showing in header

It appears that it is a custom HTML widget, check in Appearance->Widgets, there you can find all the sidebars.

Edit the one you use in the homepage and remove that custom HTML widget if that is what you want.

I browsed the website for a while, that ad you mention is not appearing for me

Maybe you solved the problem before I checked.

I checked in Chrome and Firefox, there is no such ad for me – http://prntscr.com/m8fmmf
I tested in in a different computer, still no secondary ad. You could check in a different browser as well.

I checked with the inspector as well, only one ad seems to be there
