i want to sell my domain name which i registered on themeforest. And i want to use my wordpress with another domain name with newspaper. How can we change the registered domain name? is there any deactivation process inside theme options?

Hello,
There is no deactivation process, you can simply remove the theme from your old domain and activate it on the new one. There is no special procedure as long as you do not keep the theme active on 2 domains at once for prolonged periods of time.
