Hello,
If you follow the new ads instruction, you will see that the ad code needs to be inserted in the head section of the website, so there is no ad spot you can add this code in. it has to be added in the theme files. In the root folder off the theme you will find the header.php file. inside this file you will find the html ‘head’ tag needed for this code.
Thank you!
Hello, Bogdan!
I probably did an awful mistake cause my mobile site is hardly loading now and when it does is loads with all kinds of bugs
in the administrator panel I entered the “appearance”, then “editor”. I found the file header.php and added google code after the header. then I clicked update file
Since that moment it all went bad for my mobile site
I deleted the google ad code but it’s still not working.
Should I have added the code somewhere else? using the FTP and not the administrator panel?
How can I save my mobile site now?
Please help! 🙂
Tsvi
PS I updated to Newspaper 7 just before. Could that be the reason? anything else?
On Desktop all functions well

tuliss: Disable the mobile site plugin and you should be back to almost normal (with an improved menu with login). The mobile plugin is probably buggy as it is (no menus, login, etc showing even if it has been configured in the theme panel mobile plugin settings).
Hello,
Please read the documentation fort the mobile theme as it works as expected. IF you use the mobile theme, your desktop version of the site will be overwritten on mobile. It will only display a grid and your latest posts on the homepage for better speed and stability. Please refer to this topic: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/mobile-theme/
If you want the old mobile version, simply disable the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
