New Header Style 11 ? mix of 8+1 ?

Hi, is there a fairly simple way for me to combine the “full width” aspect of the top bar and menu bar from style 8, but keep the logo + ad from default style 1 ?

e.g.

===========================
    [logo] [ad ....]
===========================

Awesome! On all the sites menu style 8 works, but on ONE site we have short logo (“Ga-Ga”)… and so did the logo+ad style.
