Hi,
Our website has been hacked (ovh had shut down the hosting with cross site scripting notification).
So I had to clean and reinstall the files.
Scans are ok right now, the website is reactivated, everything is well displayed in a browser.
But Visual Composer still doesn’t work and can’t display the structure of the existing pages. There’s a circular animated graph running as it tries to load something without success.
The “add element” button works in new pages, but nothing happens when I select something in the element panel.
I used the Newspaper-tf/plugins/js_composer.zip’s files.
WP is a 4.7.3–fr_FR release.

make sure you meet the system requirements for memory, time to run php, etc. — as most common issue there.
Here are some informations, but please note the website was ok just a few days ago and it’s a standard OVH multi-site web hosting:
PHP version : 5.3.29
max_execution_time: 120
max_input-vars : 2000
SUHOSIN intalled: false
WP Memory Limit : 40MB/request (we not use Woocommerce)
If you want me to ask for something else, please give me more informations about the requirements.
I guess it’s rather a problem of activation or authentication.
When I have reinstalled the files (via Filezilla – the original files – for I hadn’t a backup) I had’nt to activate the Newspaper’s theme (there was no “activate theme” box area for the purchase code), is it normal?
I have also changed the admin’s pass.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you but it doesn’t work anymore.

Right now there’s no waiting wheel, but VC doesn’t display any layout.
