Hi, when i create a new news category layout for a specific category page of my newspaper site it repeats in all other news category pages. See the below screenshot for visual understanding of the issue. This issue arrived recently. Please let me know how to solve it?

Hello,
Do you use the same template for all categories or duplicate it? The changes will be applied to all categories if you use the same template. If you want a different category layout, duplicate it and assign an individual to each category.
