I have copied all content from my start page into mobile. But now Header and Footer for Mobile Pages are lost.
What now?

Hello !
You mean the desktop header ? Also please provide a link to your website.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yes, I do mean the desktop header.
