On the new mobile pages: Some content is not correctly imported – why is that so?
And, what happens now? Re-create it? Dies that mean I lose stuff on the desktop version?

If you remove the mobile template your desktop template will not be affected. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
