If you want to use featured video and audio, then select those options too – https://i.imgur.com/WUJCYBT.png also, if the fields are not at the bottom of the article, check in the sidebar (scroll down https://i.imgur.com/J5NBSWQ.png)

I have checked with enabling and disabling feature video and audio option, but it remains same. Secondly these options including used in other ones do seem to be available on the right side on post options, but the requirement is to show up at the specific area at the bottom because most of the user are used to it. please suggest further proceedings kindly.

Please make a test only with the tagDiv plugins, maybe you have some extra plugin interfering.
