Since a few days we have the problem, that the facebook scraper cannot read the excerpt of our posts, when posting a link on facebook. instead of the excerpt, facebbok uses parts of the code (e.g. menu text) as short text for the post.
this behavior can be seen here:

Any idea?

This problem is solved. It was caused by the seo-plugin AIO. It stopped working overnight and they didn’t offer any support. after changing to yoast, everything is working again.
