Since the recent update (last week) – My sites social counter is not displaying properly, How can I solve this?

Please ensure that you have uploaded and the Social Counter to the latest version of it (4.0). Also, please ensure that you are using only tested plugins to rule out the conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check again.

Thank you for the info. How do I find the 4.0 version of the Social Counter? If I upload it do I need to deactivate the current version first?

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) because this will come bundled with the latest version of required plugins (VC ->4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.0). You will have to delete your old plugin and then you will have to install it from Plugins Area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/0koLeo4nqN Clear all your caches and check again the results.
