1) Just bought Newspaper 9 and it does not seem to load templates, and I keep getting Invalid Data errors. Can you take a look at my admin panel?
2) How do you get that color cycling effect on the 9 in Newspaper 9. I want it!

Please make sure that all of the system requirements are up to date as you can find here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ ; If needed upgrade all the files so you can meet the Newspaper Theme requirements. Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict. Deactivate all non-theme related plugins and check again.
For the second question I don’t really understand what exactly do you mean by the color cycling effect. Please be a bit more specific. Include a screenshot of an element where you have seen that if possible.

I disabled WP Bakery and that did it.
The 9 in your logo often looks like an animated gif…it cycles through colors…is it an animated GIF?
