Hi,
I had earlier updated the new version of newspaper on morenews.pk and it stopped users other than admin to access the admin area. I undid the version to work it again. I was told that newer update would resolve the issue. I have tried it again after 27 Feb update but the issue is still the same. I have done it even by removing all the plugins to see any conflict but it doesn’t work either.
Hello mjehangir,
I suggest you make a full backup to your database and make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, update all the plugins to the latest version of them which come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. The latest version of the theme has been fully tested and you should not get any errors in this case.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I did re-install the clean them, updated the plugins from the new repository and cleared the cache plugins (Autopitimize and Wp Fastest Cache). The ‘Editor’ role does enter the wordpress admin but when ‘all posts’ are clicked, it gives the following error. http://prntscr.com/ip8yut. ‘Add New Post’ does open the new post admin but ‘all posts’ still gives the HTTP Error 500.
Hi,
Few observations. I actually removed couple of plugins like ‘wp-forms lite’, ‘wp-smush’ which were working earlier fine with the previous version of newspaper but non-admins are not accessing the wordpress properly with them. I have removed them but still the ’tagDiv Composer’ is creating problems. When i remove it, ‘all posts’ for non-admin users comes to display. So i believe apart from other plugins i mentioned earlier, tagDiv Composer is also giving problems. You can see in the screenshot http://prntscr.com/ip9g6b that no post being displayed for the non-admin user
For now i am turning back to the previous stable version of newspaper. could you deeply check it on the above grounds?

Hello mjehangir,
Check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation. Check the theme to be the latest version of it installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case and notice that the TD Composer should works as expected, without any problems.
A 500 error can have a bunch of causes but in usual debugging you would use such a guide: https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
Please access your files via FTP and try to rename the plugins folder and test again.
Thanks.
Hi,
I have tried almost everything, removed plugins, removed cache etc. but a non-admin user can only list ‘all posts’ when tagDiv Composer plugin is removed. I have installed the updated version of tagDiv Composer but nothing happened.
Would you need to login to the admin area to see what is causing this error? and how to fix it.

Hello mjehangir,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access so we can reinstall the theme. Make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Regarding on HTTP 500 ERROR, please check this topic here -> Please use this guide: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I did put installed the theme cleanly and also went through the tutorial you mentioned. I increased the memory limit to 256M in the wp-config file and it started working but ‘all posts’ in the admin loaded very slowly that means it is taking much of resources. I am also sending you credentials via email as you mentioned
