Youtube API was visible BUT….
When I entered my Google API key – I’ve got an error
“NOTE: ** This field should contain the unique URL for your undefined profile!”

Undelete Tagdiv Composer and install it again
After that you’ll get YouTube Api 3 field.
But finally you’ll get this message after new YouTube code enter – NOTE: ** This field should contain the unique URL for your undefined profile!
