Hello, I just updated my WordPress, and its malfunctioning with some of your non-updated plugins. Now my newspaper theme isn’t showing the menu as it supposes to be. Also, on the post-editing side, there are no other options to customize the blog schema.
Is the theme going to be updated to fix this problem?
Hi,
Please let me know what version of the theme you have. Normally, until now these kinds of issues weren’t reported.
Also, do you use CDN? -> https://kinsta.com/blog/502-bad-gateway/
Thank you!
There’s nothing to do with what version I’m using, the problems started after updating your lates plugin updates. I’m using the last version of everything! So, yes, this is an official report of what is happening. Fix the problem, otherwise refund.
Yes, I use CDN and that’s not the problem.
My server representative who investigated the issue sent me this statement: “Thank you for waiting. As I checked, the issue on your website should be caused by the “tagDiv Composer” and the “tagDiv Cloud Library.” They should be working incorrectly. The ways to resolve the issue are:
-reinstall these two tagDiv plugins
-add an additional tagDiv plugin (if available)
-contact the plugin support”
Which in my case is the last option!

Check TD Cloud Library plugin. After I updated to 12.4 it showed as latest version, but it wasn’t. Try to force it to update.
