– check the permission on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false wp-config.php

Most of the times this problem is made by plugins, please make a test, let enable only tagDiv Plugins and try again.
Also most important, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Hello, I solved this problem today. Check the php max executing time. Its may 30 seconds, increase to 360 seconds.
