Hi! I put different ads from Adsterra and PushAds on website but it is not showing up. How can I solve this issue?

Hi,
When I try to access your website I get a redirect – https://i.imgur.com/cLjad1S.png after that -https://i.imgur.com/UOVgA8K.png
If you are using ads, those can be affected by those.
