Not sure what settings/modifications to make to have mobile view rendered. I have to switch to view desktop version to see the site. Please help. Site loveandaces.com

Works for me on our site.
You might
a) try disabling any conflicting plugin settings like “mobile support” in Jetpack
b) check your page with console (e.g., F12 in chrome) for errors
c) make sure you clear all caching on both the website if used, and in browser(s)
