News Slider 1 column

Why are there no options for creating a news slider when you’re creating a 1 column layout for mobile?

Please advise, as I only see this option available when you install the “Mobile Newspaper Theme Plugin”. Is there another way to create this type of scroller?

an example would be here:

if you view it on mobile device, you will see the top 4 main stories are “scrollable” from left to right. Why is this not available as a solution for the flex grid?

If you mean this feature: https://prnt.sc/iSa_MWDzfd3K, then this is available only for big grid flex (you can use 10 as an example).
