Is it possible to show the post’s time in the newsticker?

Hello,

The unfortunately you cannot show the post time in a particular element as the date and time comes from wordpress. You can activate the post time across the whole site like so:
add the time in the custom date setting like so: F j, Y, g:i A : http://screencast.com/t/vkDY3VK2o and now you will have something like this: http://screencast.com/t/xbt8qgRy7k6s

As an alternative you could try to use the function in the news ticker file if you have the proper coding skills:

So Newspaper7 wouldn’t be able to offer something similar to this newsticker: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0kbj5CETpoNeHBXV0hwQV9BV0E

Please let me know if there is a way I can create with newspaper7 a newssticker like that on the link or at list some similar version of it!

Unfortunately no, as not all elements are alike. There is no time or date added to the news ticker by default. It can only be added custom by altering the theme code for the ticker:
