After the latest update to Newspaper 10.4, the News Ticker display does not scroll–instead it lists the titles in a vertical fashion? I was going to add a screenshot but there is not option to attach a file?

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Thanks, I placed the news ticker on an unused page so you can see it live (link below), I have always used it with conflict with any plug ins. It only stopped working when the latest update was installed 10.4.
