Hi,
I have enabled the news ticker on posts as described here:

How can I move it above the title and center-align it?

Hi,
In order to get the ticker above the title, you need to add your modification to these files: http://screencast.com/t/2IBizwaV and encase the php code in a standard html div with a custom class so you can target it with css for styling.
