I think the news ticker outlining is a but buggy. I used the standard settings and almost half of the text is not view able.
Browser: Chrome scale 100%

Is this a theme bug? Or a setting I need to fix?

Hi,
Only few clients report this problem and it was caused but some untested plugins, please provide me a link to can investigate the situation and provide a solution.

}
The code need to be set in theme panel> Custom code> custom css.
