News ticker top and bottom margins

I need to tighten up the top and bottom margins for the news ticker. There is too much room between the main menu and the images. I am not a programmer and do not know css. Thank you.

Click on the element in the editor and add a number (in pixels) to the margin under the style tab. Margin is the most outer layer of an element.
