Hi, I need to make a summary of the latest news that are entering similar to NEWS TICKER, but vertically .. (only that the text of the news headline appears in smaller letters)

Hi,
The news ticker is a predefined element like all blocks (except flex block). It will always have the same layout

There are font settings for this element in the Theme panel->Theme fonts->Modules MX

But there are none to make it display vertically. If you require such an element, you could maybe try slider plugins.
