Hello, on themeforest you advertise the one-click demo install. Where is this functionality? I need your demo running on my site so I can make my customizations. Please advise urgently.

On the “welcome” tab for theme panel, note options at bottom “install demo data” and “import theme styles.”
Demo data typically for working on blank site (not mixing with existing live site content), while the styles import custom CSS to change layout colors/fonts.
