The Twitter counter will not work for the moment. This is currently being investigated and will be fixed as quickly as possible.

We fixed the Twitter issue, this is a new version of the social counter if you want to use it, or wait until the theme is updated

Try to change the Twitter id to another one, clear all the caches and check the results. Should work.
