I tried to customise my theme from the Theme panel but none of the tabs is working. The response is like when you click on a link with #
I am running version: 4.0

Hello dst,

Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot make anything.

I increased the memory as directed on the link you sent but nothing happened.

I am stuck…
