Hey there
Pretty basic questions …
1)
What is the difference between the two… when looking at them, there is not much difference?
2)
When question one is answered maybe this will answer this as well.
In other words… what do I “loose” when buying NewsMag that NewsPaper has and vice versa?
3)
When buying one … does it give access to the other?

No you will have to buy a license for each theme in order to have them both available.
