Updated to the latest 10.4, updated all the plugins and installed mobile plugin, but Google Mobile-friendly test says that every page of my site is not mobile friendly (text too small and clickable elements are too close.)…

Hello!
You need to redesign a bit your page to increase the score of the test.
Also, please check for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and clear all cache.
