I just installed NP 10 with the default demo.
As header menu I choose in the WP settings our menu.
But now I see this in wordpress appearing double on desktop.
Once in the black topmenu and once below in the white part.
The black topmenu should only be used on mobile.
how to accomplish this?

Is it in NP10 advised to change things in the themepanel as well as in the tagcloud editor? Because there are things such as logo which you can change in either one of them.

Yes you have in the header 2 menus -> https://i.imgur.com/4gXoBsF.png you can remove /edit theme using tagDiv Composer -> https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/ use the right click on the menu you want to remove, the mobile should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/PjdRoOj.png
2. The theme panel settings will not apply on the tagDiv Cloud Library templates, these need to be edited using tagDiv Composer

What is the point then of the theme panel? I mean you can also add the social url links in there. But if you do that nothing changes on the front end because I am using NP 10 which uses the tagdiv cloud library. So what if the point of the theme panel?

There are some elements in theme panel that will apply generally, like css, analytics etc, also you can set cloud template in theme panel for posts, categories etc, also if you are using a standard demo, then you need the settings from theme panel to edit the website.

Ok thanks, I am encountering another problem which I didn’t have with the visual composer.
There is a native ad on the homepage and it should be 324×235 in size.
However when using a row with split in 3 parts, the part with the native ad (google dfp code) doesn’t stay in its columns…and the text becomes fullwide.
So that 3 columns container doesn’t seem to contain it in its column with the tagdiv composer, something it did with the visual composer.

As I can see the row layout is the same 25/50/25 % https://i.imgur.com/SbGlbmh.png -> https://i.imgur.com/PTsi0dO.png but if you want to display the ad, please do not set it in a html element, set it with tagDiv Composer in a column text -> in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/CSPcls9.png

No that is not what I mean. I both used raw html and column text and I used the 25/50/25 to let more room. However that didn’t work.

As you can see the ad itself is not staying in its place….it is going above the columns. I didn’t have this problem with the visual composer…
Also when modifying the single post template. What is best to use a sidebar widget and use a sidebar from wordpress (in which you made all the elements you want in the sidebar) or just add the elements directly in the single post template in the sidebar.
Performance wise which one is best?

As you can see, for me, the ad is not displaying, also we made more tests and we can not recreate this problem. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
We recommend to implement the sidebar with tagDiv Composer directly, but you can set the widget too, both should work the same.

As you can see I still see it.
A colleague of mine however also doesn’t see it.
So the problem seems to be 2 fold now:
– Why can some not see it
– When it is visible it is not in the right spot
– Also it seems the theme is quite slow…could you also take a look if we configured something wrong?
