Hi there. On our Newssite the author pages are generated with the Cloudpage for Authors.

It seems to work just fine. The images and the description texts are pulled accordingly. Since updating on Newspaper 12 the Name does not appear though anymore. It is replaced by the Admins name.
In the article itself the name appears correct. It must be an issue with the Authors name field in this cloud template.
Also updating to version 12.1. did not solve the problem.

I am using the Cloud Template: “Author templates blank”.
The issue appears with the block “Author name”.
Here are the settings:
Title Tag: H1-Default
Line width: 0
Line height: 2
Line space: 50
Line alignment: 40
Line position: 40
Horizontal align: left
Title color: empty
Line color: empty
Title background: empty
Title background space: 5px 16px
Title text: default
Extra class: none
Css: all default;
Hi Bettina, I just tested to deactivate our Molungui Authorship Plugin.
It seems that the issue is caused through it. If I deactivate Molungui the field does not work anymore. Strangely the other fields work though just fine.
Is there another Multiple Author Plugin that you recommend using?
