Newspaper 12 – License Mangement

Hi TagDiv Team,
We have a license for TagDiv’s Newspaper 12 WordPress Theme, We have purchased one license from themeforest.net
We will not be using this Newspaper 12 theme for next few months due to a change in our project and therefore we want to release the domain associated with the license and make sure that the license remain available for our future use when we will have requirement.

I believe you have a licensing management server/website where we can directly assign/unassign license against our domain where the wordpress theme is being used. Can you please share the same? or else let us know how can we reset the license key and keep it for future reference? We do not have the existing wordpress access where the theme was installed and activated. therefore it has to be released from your end.

Thanks for your quick reply, I am not sure about the same as I can’t see the license status on my end. Only you can I believe. I am watching some mixed response which is confusing as well as I am trying to reset the license key but its not working either –

I am sure when I signed up for this forum, my purchase key was shared with you. can you please check the status on your end and ensure if all the domains can be unassigned and deleted to free the licensing slots

Thanks for sharing this, I was able to find this with our outsourced developer who were having it on their staging server. I have logged in there and reset the license key thereby removing the same from the wordpress installation. Can you please confirm if the following license key is now existing in any of the domain tnbclive.com, tnbctimes.com or tnbc.marelab.tech websites.

If not, then I believe the license is reset and free from any wordpress installation and all fine to be used for next installation (1 Live + 1 Staging) if we choose to use the theme right?

I am not sure why you are watching this but on my end I have reset the licenseKey and also watching the following

Its showing unregistered. Eventually I am not sure if its removed on your end or not because based on that I will instruct my developed to destroy the following staging instance and remove the site from the server.. I wanted to confirm you beforehand in case you need me to do something properly to remove the license, that might not have been possible if we remove the instance already..
