Newspaper 6 Social counter v3 Instagram issue

Hello,

We installed Newspaper 6 on the 16th on June. We also have the v3 of Social Counter.
Everything works except the Instagram counter that stays at 0.

We’ve seen the new update of Newspaper but we already have the 6th version. Shall we still update ? If yes, how should we proceed ? (We are beginners…)

Hi,

Please make sure that you use the latest version of Social Counter as I have checked you instagram id and it works fine on my side. Also you can try to add another instagram id and see if it works, then re-add your id so you will refresh it. If you still have this issue try also without any plugins active except of Visual Composer and Social Counter, clear cache and see if it works. Let me know how it goes!

Hi,

I’m having the same problem : all the counters are showing 0.
I’ve updated to the latest theme and plugins and tried your fix above but still no luck.

Can you have a look?

Please make sure that you use the latest Social Counter plugin, to make sure please deactivate and delete it – http://screencast.com/t/IBddMaEHhq and install it from – http://screencast.com/t/nChxmG4W6I
