Is Newspaper 7 compatible with php 7 or not , Because I want to take advantage of the performance of php 7

Yes it is.
I use PHP7 + Nginx 1.10.0 + MySQL 5.7 on Ubuntu 16.04

But it seems that PHP7 is not working with WP SUper Cache which is recommended for Newspaper?????

Hello Stefan,
Unfortunately, the PHP7 is not tested with our Newspaper 7 and we cannot say for sure if the theme works as expected with this type of PHP, sorry! Also, nor the plugins functionalities are not tested with this type of PHP7.
