Newspaper 7 child want to upgrade to Newspaper full version 8 – freelancers?

I am looking for someone to upgrade my site from Newspaper version 7 CHILD to the full version 8. There has been some modifications done previous to be owning site (i don’t have list). But looking to hire someone to make this upgrade and maintain the modifications. Is there any very experienced freelancers on this forum? or can anyone make recommendations?
