Newspaper 8.6 Theme activation difficulties

Hi there,

First I was not able to activate a newly purchased theme. After entering the activation code, you get forced to “Register your theme with tagDiv”. But since I’m an already registered user, I was not able to proceed from here. At this point, there is definitely the option “Log in as registered user”-option missing. After I tried it several times, I discovered the option “manually register theme” on the bottom of that page. This finally worked for me but it would be definitely better to have a login function for already registered users or please refrain from compulsory registration.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconveniences, the manual activation is not mentioned in the theme activation documentation on purpose. This would be considered a measure to combat piracy of the theme. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the future if you should have problems activating the theme.
