Hi
I bought newspaper theme to my wordpress page. I installed it but now I have problem. This is new blog, I haven’t any posts and:
1. After 2 or 3 wrong passwords my page is goin down and I can see: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.
2. If I can login, I can’t install any demo. I’m clicking “install” in “install demos” but my page is back to http://konie.pro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_demos#
3. If I try making website in “theme panel”, I can’t. I’m trying clicking to change header style or any tab, but nothing happens.
Can you help me?

First of all, to be sure, you should make a new clean install from scratch with the latest theme version via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and then, try again and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to consult the following topic here and try to fix the first issue according to this -> https://www.wiknix.com/solved-err_empty_response-no-data-received/ Also, please check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.

But still I can’t register theme newspaper. I have purchase code from envato, but when i’m klicking activate theme, notting happends. I tried use manual activation, I have Tagdiv activation key but still button “activate” in newspaper theme isn’t active. What I can do?
