I recently got the alert for the update, I have downloaded it and found out that the tagdiv plugins are incompatible. I have only realised its because you guys dont have the latest version of the newspaper in the themeforest, instead what you have is 9.1, or atleast in my account. The mobile theme makes a difference of $20 a day on my websites, I would hope something could be done about this asap.
I also assume this is the problem others are having with your theme. Please update it asap. thanks

That would be unusual, always the latest version of the theme is available for download on themeforest, at the moment 9.5 (since the 6th of February). I re-downloaded the package to be sure, it is 9.5 – http://prntscr.com/mmpymz
So it should be the same for you.

I downloaded it twice, one from the all files and the other was just the downloadable files. Is there another way you can get it to me, because im literally losing audience and money at the moment at because my mobile theme is not working http://www.fashionghana.com
I must say that is impossible, maybe you are downloading the latest version in one place, but then install an older one from a different place.
We double checked and the latest theme version 9.5 is uploaded in themeforest, so downloading an older version would not be possible even if required.
If there is still a problem in your case, you could try and contact Envato support

They should be able to help you with this unusual situation. Let us know how it develops.
That would also be impossible from my end, because im actually using a new asus laptop with no old versions. This only leaves the conclusion to if there is some kind of fault in my server or a fault im making there (where I am uploading). There there any file or document where I am see there version of the newpaper theme when I download it on my computer after unzipping it? Like a text file or some sort with the version info, so I will know if its from before with the downloads from themeforest or after on my server.
Is there any where in the downloaded files I can read what version of the newpaper theme it is when it’s unzipped.

Sorry for my disturbance, everytime I uploaded a new theme I always left the old folder in there under another name. So I technically wasn’t updating the whole while as that theme still remained as the newspaper theme but in a different titled folder. Thanks for your help!
