Some of the posts are not showing the sidebars on the bottom of the post. How to fix this?
They are not following the proper container segmentation.

This is happening on many other posts.
You haven’t seen the above link which I had shared with you. There is a problem with the theme. I have figured this aligned error in many of the posts.

Please try with another single post template and only with tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again, and see whether the problem persists.
