I have managed to stretch the website header. But the content area below cannot be stretched. How should I do that?

Just open the page with tagdiv composer and then click on a block or element. Where you see row>column on the left (like this https://prnt.sc/j8pytg for example) click on the ‘row’ option. Then scroll down until you see “row stretch” and select your preferred setting from there. Repeat this for all items you have on that page.
