Newspaper Default Theme for Mobile

I hope someone can give me a hand.

I installed the Newspaper Default theme and everything worked and looked fine after the install.

I then went in and made some changes as to how I wanted the theme to look. Desktop is fine, but any new items I added to the site are now showing up when I check the site with my mobile phone.

Simple changes I made where to take out and change the Flex Blocks. I deleted the Flex Blocks that came with the demo and replace them with Flex Blocks 3 with just simple title, image and category.

Now all of my changes show up on the desktop view, however when I look at the site in my cell phone none of these Flex Blocks are showing.

What setting am I not finding to enable these Flex Blocks to appear in Mobile?

I am hoping that it is something simple but I have looked for days and cannot find what I am missing.

Any help appreciated.
