Please consider incorporating subtitles into the blocks that otherwise enable excerpts to appear. Or, add blocks that work with subtitles.

This is a fundamental mistake with your theme, in my opinion – Because it forces people to manipulate the content of an article so that the title & subtitle display properly in the block.

Hi,

Modules can only display excerpts, post subtitles will only appear in the post pages. These are different things. So your request is to be able to use the post subtitle instead of the excerpt on modules. You could set similar excerpts and subtitle manually

Thank you. The Excerpt field was ‘Off’ by default. I had to activate it via Screen Options.
