I can rename NEWSPAPER by another name in the wordpress folder
exemple: http://www.mysitename.com/wp-content/themes/newpaper
for
http://www.mysitename.com/wp-content/themes/mysitename

Hi,
You could try to change the theme name but that may create issues. The theme or theme plugins may not work as intended if you change the theme name or the default child theme name if used. If this is required for you, you should try this on a testing domain or sub-domain if possible, instead of the live website.

Yes. The license is not affected on a localhost.
