I’m using “Today News PRO” and thinking to change to “Newspaper Free News Pro”.
As you say:

The question is:
“Newspaper Free News Pro” needs “tagDiv Standard Pack”?
Any advise about this change?

No, you not need to activated the tagdiv Standard pack plugin.
