Hello guys,
we need to create a database on the third domain level of our site and we would like to use the same theme, but we need to do it outside of wordpress. So I wanted to know if is there a version of the HTML and CSS theme unrelated to wordpress?

Unfortunately not, the Newspaper theme is only wordpress version. There is no HTML available.
